Job Summary

Provide clerical, administrative, and customer-support assistance to the collections and retention teams to help manage past-due accounts, cancellation requests, maintain accurate records, and support recovery and customer-retention efforts.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to retention revenue staff and management.
  • Perform data entry and updates in excel and Salesforce.
  • Prepare routine reports on account activity and outstanding balances
  • Assist with special projects as needed
  • Prepare and send invoices to customers

Competencies & KPI’s

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
  • VLOOKUP’s, SUMS, Filters, Pivot Tables, etc.
  • Proficiency in typing required
  • Accurate data entry and attention to detail
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations
  • Highly professional in dealing with confidential matters, materials, and information.

Skills, Physical Demands & Work Environment

  • Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs. and sit or stand for periods throughout the work day.
  • Work is performed in an office setting
  • Available to accommodate varying schedule needs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Licenses, Certifications, & Educational Requirements

  • All SafeStreets employees must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Education required GED/HS
  • Previous office or administrative experience of at least 2 years preferred

Compensation

SafeStreets compensation may include base pay and, for eligible roles, variable compensation or bonuses. Variable and bonus compensation is not guaranteed and is governed by applicable plan terms. All compensation is paid in compliance with federal, state, and local wage laws, including applicable minimum wage and overtime requirements. Variable pay is defined as XXXXX and will be shared in a separate compensation plan.

Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and any additional security clearances or licenses required for the role, including applicable state licensing requirements.
