Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated AP/IB Calculus and Physics Tutor to join our growing team. This role is ideal for career educators who are passionate about teaching advanced STEM subjects and want consistent hours, long-term growth, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on students’ academic journeys.
Schedule & Commitment
Monday–Thursday: Consistent weekday availability required- + One Weekend Day
- 24–30 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, one-on-one and small group tutoring in:- AP/IB Calculus
- AP/IB Physics
- Develop personalized lesson plans based on student needs and goals
- Track student progress and provide detailed session notes
- Assign and review homework to reinforce learning
- Prepare students for exams, assessments, and long-term academic success
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and administrative staff
Qualifications
Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Engineering, or a related field- Proven experience tutoring or teaching AP and/or IB-level Calculus and Physics
- Ability to clearly explain complex concepts in an engaging, student-friendly way
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Reliable, professional, and committed to consistent scheduling
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive hourly compensation $60-$110/hr (based on subject)- Consistent weekly hours (24–30 hours/week)
