Primary Duties and Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Clerk with a strong background in administrative tasks. We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Clerk who provides administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient daily office operations. This role involves monitoring data, creating and maintaining reports, assisting multiple departments with incentive programs and statistical updates, and providing front desk coverage as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively with management and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

    • Monitor, compile, and maintain reports to support daily operations and departmental needs.
    • Create and update statistical reports, incentive tracking, and internal documentation.
    • Assist various departments with running incentive programs and maintaining accurate records.
    • Provide front desk coverage as needed, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries
    • Prepare flyers, internal communications, and basic reports using Microsoft Office products.
    • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry, filing, copying, and document organization.
    • Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of office records and information.
    • Support management with administrative tasks as assigned.
