Five Star Bath Solutions of Northeastern Pennsylvania is seeking qualified candidates to assist our trained installation team in following its unique processes for installing high quality bathroom solutions throughout Northeastern Pennsylvania.
Pay: Salary and positional scale based on experience. Base pay for entry level helpers is $20 / hour.
Hours: Hours are Monday-Friday starting at 7:30AM with full time work.

Job Summary
As a Bathroom Installation Technician helper, you play a critical role in our production process. The majority of our jobs are completed in 2 - 3 days, with generally 1 - 2 jobs per week.
We start by doing things right! We dont cover up our customers problems or cut corners in the work that we do, enabling you to deliver the highest quality solution for our customers. We train our technicians to be professional craftsmen who deliver high quality installations using proven processes and enabling our technicians to take great pride in their completed project.
You will be assisting in removing existing bathroom structures and installing some of the most modern, beautiful bath and shower solutions on the market today as well as flooring, vanities and occasionally other light remodeling work.
You represent professionalism in your work, from your individual craftsmanship in building the solution to the impeccable customer service we provide along the way, we deliver a Five Star experience.

What you will be doing:

• Working with a trained installer to review the scope of work with the customer at the very beginning of the job
• Ensuring access through the customers home is protected at the start of the job
• Removing existing shower and bath structures
• Ensuring a clean and safe work environment throughout the project
• Assisting in the Installation of new high end shower and bath products
• Leaving a job site that is cleaner than it was when you arrived

What we need from you?

• A positive, can do attitude is the number 1 requirement to be successful
• Strong work ethic with a desire to learn, deliver a quality job and follow defined proven processes
• A reliable individual that has the ability to arrive to work timely each day
• Ability to lift and carry up to 75lbs
• Valid drivers license and ability to travel to / from the job site
• Reliable transportation
• Must be a U.S. citizen authorized to work in United States
• Must pass a background check and drug screen
• Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
• Excellent Listening skills
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to speak fluent english, bi-lingual candidates are also preferential
• High school diploma
