Receiving Clerk
Onsite | Manufacturing / Production Environment
Play a key role in keeping production moving by ensuring materials, parts, and supplies are received accurately, inspected properly, and delivered where they’re needed. As a Receiving Clerk, you’ll support inventory accuracy, quality standards, and smooth material flow across the operation.
What You’ll Do

Receive and verify incoming materials, parts, and supplies against purchase orders and shipping documents.

Unload freight, sign bills of lading, and generate accurate receiving documentation.

Perform incoming inspections in accordance with ISO 9001 quality requirements and document non-conforming materials.

Process inventory and receiving transactions in SAP, including location updates and material movements.

Maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counts, variance analysis, and coordination with materials and purchasing teams.

Organize and maintain a safe, efficient stockroom and stage customer-supplied equipment and RMAs as needed.
What You Bring

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or warehouse training a plus.

3–12 months of experience in receiving, inventory, or warehouse operations.

Basic math skills, including measurements and metric conversions.

Ability to read blueprints, packing slips, and warehouse documentation.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; ERP/SAP experience preferred.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
