Must have pleted Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1+ years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) position is available for the 2025-2026 school year at a K-12 school located in Bluffton, SC. This contract role runs from August 2025 through June 2026 and involves working closely with students, staff, and families to support individualized behavior goals.
Responsibilities include:
- Conducting functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developing tailored behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
- Delivering direct behavior analysis services to students across K-12 grades
- Collaborating with school teams and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Participating in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and multidisciplinary team meetings to ensure prehensive support
Qualifications:
- Current BCBA certification in good standing is required
- Masters degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field
