Our pharmacy focuses on long-term care, behavioral health, and community-based patients, ensuring medications are prepared safely, accurately, and delivered on time. Pharmacists on our team play an important role in maintaining quality, compliance, and clinical oversight for a unique patient population.

What You’ll Do:

• Verify prescriptions for accuracy, dosing, and drug interactions.
  
• Perform drug utilization review for patients with complex medication profiles.
  
• Work closely with pharmacy technicians to maintain efficient workflow.
  
• Oversee medication preparation and ensure compliance with state, federal, and HIPAA regulations.
  
• Support medication management for patients with mental health, behavioral health, and chronic conditions.
  
• Answer medication questions from staff, caregivers, and partner facilities.
  
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and compliant pharmacy environment.
  
• What We’re Looking For:
  
• Active Minnesota Pharmacist License in good standing.
  
• Experience in retail, long-term care, hospital, or closed-door pharmacy preferred.
  
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  
• Comfortable working in a smaller team setting.
  
• Dependable, professional, and patient-focused.
