Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist clients visiting the municipal office, ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
• Perform accurate data entry tasks, maintaining organized and up-to-date records.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel to generate reports, track data, and support administrative functions.
• Support office operations by managing correspondence, filing documents, and maintaining supplies.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Handle phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with office policies and procedures at all times.• Proven experience in customer service or office administration.
• Proficiency in data entry with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and other basic office software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy.
• Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not mandatory.
• Prior experience in a municipal or government setting is desirable.
