THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE
THE SCHEDULE:
- 9 AM to 7:30 PM, Monday-Friday
- 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Saturday
YOUR ROLE:
As a Business Development Representative with our car dealership, you begin your day by reviewing new internet leads and customer inquiries, responding promptly and professionally through phone, email, and text. You work to engage potential buyers, answer questions, and schedule appointments, all while maintaining detailed records in the CRM system. Throughout the day, you follow up with prospective customers to ensure consistent communication and a high level of service. You collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from online inquiry to in-store visit. At New Jersey's largest independent used car dealer, you play a key role in driving business growth and delivering a seamless customer experience.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
- 1+ years of automotive BDC experience
