Sunbelt Staffing is partnering with a student-focused school district near Belmont, California, to hire a dedicated and qualified Occupational Therapist (OT) for a school-based, part-time or full-time position for the 20252026 academic year. This is a rewarding opportunity to help students build essential skills that promote academic success and independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide occupational therapy services to K12 students with diverse needs

Support students in fine motor development, sensory processing, self-regulation, and functional skills

Collaborate with teachers, families, and IEP teams to develop and implement individualized treatment plans

Participate in IEP meetings and maintain detailed documentation

Deliver in-person therapy at a school near Belmont, CA

Caseload and placement details will be discussed during the interview
Qualifications:

Valid or eligible California Occupational Therapist license

Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Passion for helping students achieve their full potential

School-based experience preferred but not required
