Title: Training & Development Representative / eLearning Developer

Location: New York, NY
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Schedule: Days, 5x7 (35 hours/week)
Pay Rate: $50–$62/hr
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 2 years of relevant eLearning development experience
- Strong experience with:
- Articulate Storyline
- Articulate Studio
- Instructional Design
- E-Learning Design
- Video Production
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Experience formatting course files and uploading content to servers and PeopleSoft ELM test environments
- Experience testing eLearning modules in Chrome and Microsoft Edge browsers
Preferred Qualifications
- PeopleSoft ELM
- Adobe Captivate
- Camtasia
- Graphic Design
- Photoshop
- Audacity
- Microlearning Development
- Video Design
Primary Responsibilities
- Design and develop eLearning content and training materials
- Create interactive learning modules using Articulate Storyline/Studio
- Produce and edit training videos
- Upload and manage learning content within PeopleSoft ELM
- Perform quality assurance testing of learning modules across supported browsers
- Collaborate with training and business teams to develop engaging digital learning experiences
