  • Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

  • Location: Roseville, MN

  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

    • Hybrid work schedule

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a critical role in developing and executing recruitment strategies across multiple locations and departments. You'll partner with hiring managers and TA leadership to ensure we meet current and future staffing needs in a highly dynamic and growing organization.

What You’ll Do

In this high-impact role, you’ll serve as a strategic hiring partner to multiple departments and locations. Your mission: find, attract, and hire the best talent to support our growing pediatric home care services.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional managers, adapt to shifting staffing needs, and drive full-cycle recruitment efforts — all while keeping quality and speed at the forefront.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for a variety of roles across multiple service lines and locations

  • Building relationships with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop market-specific strategies

  • Developing and executing sourcing campaigns to attract healthcare talent in a competitive market

  • Maintaining a strong digital presence through job boards, social media, and recruitment marketing

  • Leveraging resume databases and internal pipelines to proactively fill current and future openings

  • Representing PHS at job fairs, school visits, and community events

  • Providing an excellent candidate experience and ensuring smooth handoffs to hiring managers

What You Bring

  • 2+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment (healthcare recruiting a plus)

  • Experience working across multiple teams, regions, or business units

  • Excellent communication and organizational skills

  • A proactive, self-starting attitude with the ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced setting

  • A passion for connecting people with purpose-driven careers

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field preferred

SALARY RANGE:

At PHS, we are committed to providing specialized care for medically complex children. Every role, from direct patient care to customer support, plays a vital part in improving the lives of kids and families. The impact you make is invaluable. We are dedicated to offering fair and transparent compensation to our team members. The starting rate for this role is 65,000/ annually, based on experience and qualifications.
