Required Skills/Abilities
<ul>
<li>2+ years of experience working in construction</li>
<li>Valid driver's license</li>
<li>Water Sewer Apprentice License preferred, however not required</li>
<li>OSHA underground and excavation training preferred, however not required</li>
<li>Willingness to understand and accept safety standards</li>
<li>Ability to communicate both verbally and in written form</li>
<li>Ability to listen to, understand, and follow directions</li>
<li>Ability to remain flexible as specific assignments change</li>
<li>Ability to work with a variety of personalities </li>
<li>Willingness to work hard and be reliable</li>
<li>Must maintain flexibility in the schedule during the busy season</li>
