We're looking for a Social Media Manager to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor for 40 hours per week, with the potential for this role to transition into a full-time position based on performance and company needs. This role is all about developing high-performing social content, engaging with online communities, and ensuring our clients’ brands stay relevant in an ever-changing digital landscape. You’ll collaborate closely with creative and strategy teams to bring fresh, on-brand ideas to life.
Requirements:
Social Media Strategy & Content Execution
- Monitor and analyze social trends to pitch innovative, platform-specific content ideas.
- Develop and manage client social media calendars with accuracy, consistency, and creative intent.
- Create and edit content using tools like CapCut and Photoshop, tailoring each piece to the platform and audience.
- Optimize posts based on insights, performance metrics, and evolving audience behaviors.
Community Engagement, Brand Voice & Trend Awareness
- Foster meaningful engagement by responding to fan interactions and cultivating community.
- Ensure all content reflects the client’s brand voice, tone, and strategic objectives.
- Stay on top of platform trends, emerging formats, and the social landscape—especially within the sports and entertainment industries.
Client Collaboration & Strategy Support:
- Work cross-functionally with STN’s creative and social teams to bring campaigns to life.
- Collaborate directly with clients to understand goals, present concepts, and provide creative solutions.
- Anticipate challenges, suggest strategic solutions, and elevate social concepts with custom content strategies.
