 We are looking for dependable, motivated individuals to join our team. This position involves working in a hands on environment, learning new skills, and supporting daily production needs. Key Responsibilities:

<li>Assist with welding and fabrication as directed.</li>
<li>Properly maintains all tools, equipment, and work areas.</li>
<li>Operates equipment used in welding operations including welding machine, weld rod, appropriate safety equipment, hand tools, and power tools.</li>
<li>Read and follow basic instructions or drawings.</li>
<li>Check work for accuracy and quality.</li>
<li>Help Dismantle or cut pieces as needed.</li>
<li>Climbs ladders or works on scaffolding as required.</li>
<li>Reports any problems promptly to Supervisor.</li>
<li>Performs additional tasks or projects as assigned.</li>
