Job DescriptionTRC Talent is looking for a Production Operator for our client in Hiram We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Associate to join a team responsible for assembling conveyor systems. This role requires the ability to follow blueprints, use hand and power tools, and work collaboratively in a fast-paced production environment. Job Details:
- Monday-Friday, 7AM-3:30PM
- $17/hr
- Temp to hire
Job Responsibilities:
- Assemble conveyor system components according to blueprints and technical drawings
- Read and accurately use a tape measure for precise assembly
- Operate general hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Work effectively as part of a team to meet production goals
- Follow all safety guidelines and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Report any equipment malfunctions, material shortages, or quality concerns to supervisors promptly
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials within the work area as needed
Job Qualifications:
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and mechanical drawings
- Experience using general hand and power tools
- Basic measurement skills, including reading a tape measure
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs consistently
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions with attention to detail
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn new tasks and adapt in a fast-paced production environment
