Job Description
As a CRNA, you'll be responsible for all phases of anesthesia care:

Before Procedures: You'll assess patients by performing exams and interviews, give pre-anesthetic meds and fluids, and complete necessary documentation.

During Procedures: You’ll manage anesthesia by:
-
Preparing necessary drugs, equipment, and supplies
-
Administering anesthesia, fluids, and any needed meds
-
Monitoring and adjusting patient vitals, including breathing, circulation, temperature, and overall anesthesia level

Keeping accurate anesthesia records throughout

After Procedures: You’ll help care for patients in the recovery area and follow up as needed to ensure a smooth recovery.

Emergencies: You'll be prepared to step in with advanced airway management, emergency drugs, fluids, and life-saving techniques like ACLS.

Quality & Professionalism: Participation in quality improvement programs is expected, along with maintaining a respectful, courteous, and professional work environment.
