Job Description
Join our Cannula Department, where you will operate various machines that produce wires outside the clean room on the manufacturing floor. Your tasks will include buffing, grinding, bending, crimping, twisting, and more, primarily using a foot pedal at your own pace. Fine motor skills are crucial for feeding the thin wires into production machines. While the work can be repetitive, you will receive training on multiple machines, including inspection with micrometers and calipers, documentation, and reading work instructions. Opportunities for cross-training to other machine stations and the clean room area are available.
Responsibilities
- Operate various machines to produce wires.
- Buff, grind, bend, crimp, and twist wires.
- Use foot pedals to control machines.
- Inspect wires visually and measure dimensions with micrometers and calipers.
- Perform documentation and read work instructions.
- Cross-train to other machine stations and clean room area.
Essential Skills
- 3+ months manufacturing/production experience.
- Ability to comprehend and read work instructions in English.
- Excellent hand dexterity.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Candidates with consistent work history and excellent communication skills considered.
- Interest in manufacturing and medical assembly is advantageous.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.43 - $22.43/hr.
