We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team of Adventure Play Experts. This role will work directly with our construction & operations team and is responsible for providing general administrative and clerical office assistance as well as internal permitting support. Additionally, this position will assist with various operations tasks ranging from permitting to general sales support work. This candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a customer service environment. They should also possess the ability to develop our ongoing business relationships through superior customer service initiatives, excellent communication skills, and an overall upbeat and positive attitude. Knowledge and experience in construction permitting or project coordination is not a requirement but is most definitely a plus. Some of the specific duties and requirements are, but are not limited to the following:

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Answer incoming customer calls and maintain front desk coverage

  • Assist in lead data entry and tracking in CRM/Sales system

  • Provide superior customer service and professionalism at all times

  • Develop strong knowledge of our product database and services

  • Develop and implement organized digital filing systems

  • Submit and track the construction permitting process for multiple projects with various government entities

  • Prepare, process, and log project submittals and documents

  • Coordinate with team members to respond to and resolve customer requests, questions, or issues

  • Assist with customer support lines via phone and web

  • Create proposals for outdoor playground & fitness projects - including products, installation, surfacing, and site work, for example

  • Analyze project requirements from sales and define the Scope of Work

  • Working with site plans to determine the correct quantity of materials needed

  • Request pricing information for various items and services from installers and third-party suppliers

  • Coordinate the quotation and design submission to the sales professionals and customers

  • Manage contracts, coordinate logistics, booking, and travel for installation calendar

  • Coordinate and maintain general office cleaning schedule

Qualifications and Skills

  • High School education or equivalent certification

  • 2+ years of administrative, sales support, or construction coordination experience

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Must be punctual and professional

  • Motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills

  • Critical thinker with an eye for detail

  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work

  • Excellent computer skills with general knowledge of the Microsoft office suite, Google Apps for Business, and Customer Relationship Management Systems.

  • Knowledge and experience in construction permitting or project coordination is not a requirement but is most definitely a plus.
