About You
- You hold a Master’s level or above license as a Mental Health Therapist (LMHC, LPCMH, LIMHP, LMFT, LMFTS, LCMFT, LPC, LPCC, LCPC, LCPCS, LPCC-S, LCSW, LICSW, or LCSCW) recognized on a state-by-state basis.
- You possess a valid NPI number and malpractice insurance.
