No prior ABA experience needed; we provide comprehensive training.
Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.

Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, implementing skill-building and care plans.

Record session data accurately using electronic devices.

Foster a positive learning environment and connect with families.

Collaborate with families and BCBA supervisors to enhance treatment effectiveness.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent.
-
Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.

Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
Need to Know:

Services provided in clients’ homes or community-based locations.

Positions start part-time.
-
Required to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course.

Candidates should be willing to commit at least 6 months to support client progress.

Paid training provided — no prior ABA experience required.
