Location: Waterford, MI
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary : $65,000-$95,000 Depends on the years of experience

Qualifications
• Master’s Degree in Speech & Language Pathology
• Valid Michigan License in Speech and Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competency (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility
• Strong understanding of standardized and informal assessment strategies related to communication disorders
• Confident ability to conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Commitment to fostering communication development and student success
Key Responsibilities
• Evaluate speech and language functions using standardized and informal tools
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations in alignment with MARSE Standards, District, and ASHA Guidelines
• Develop individualized treatment plans with clear goals and measurable outcomes
• Provide direct services addressing expressive, receptive, and pragmatic language needs
• Maintain effective communication with parents, staff, and multidisciplinary team members
• Document student progress and complete all reports accurately and on time
• Manage Medicaid billing for services provided
• Participate in pre-referral intervention and IEP meetings
• Collaborate in developing innovative strategies to enhance student learning and engagement
