About the Role

A super regional insurance agency is hiring a Commercial Insurance Account Manager for the Large Accounts team. Open due to an upcoming retirement, you’ll take over a legacy book of accounts across a variety of industries; many are contractors and construction related. With administrative support from the processing team, your time will be spent on client facing duties and leading the renewal process.

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee all client service inquiries, delegating some admin related tasks to the support team but keeping a watchful eye on accuracy and timely client feedback.
Manage the renewal process from start-to-finish. Complete applications. Submit applications. Remarket and obtain quotes from underwriters. Prepare proposals. Request binding. Set up invoicing including finance agreements.
Conduct audits. Ensure accurate data management within the agency’s management system.

Skills & Experience

At least three (3) years of personal lines insurance account management experience including work with affluent, high net worth policies.
Active state insurance license.
