- Shift: 12-hour night shifts (18:45 – 07:15)\n
- Hours per Week: 36\n
- Patient Ratio: 1:5-6\n
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend\n
- Charting System: EPIC\n

\n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n
- \n
- Minimum 2 years of recent Telemetry RN experience (required)\n
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse license (required at time of submission)\n
- Current ACLS and BLS certifications (required)\n
- Proficiency with EPIC electronic charting (required)\n
- Experience with cardiac drips (no titration), sheath pulls, and central line management\n
- Skilled in cardiac telemetry, dysrhythmia interpretation, tracheostomy care, wound care, and non-invasive airway management\n
- Ability to float to all inpatient units at both Belleville and Memorial East campuses as needed\n
- Must reside outside a 75-mile radius from Belleville, IL\n
- Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions accepted); COVID-19 vaccine not required\n
- First-time travel nurses accepted\n
\n\nTravel Telemetry RN Responsibilities\n
- \n
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult cardiac telemetry patients, including those with high-risk cardiology diagnoses and post-operative open heart procedures\n
- Manage cardiac drips (no titration), perform sheath pulls, and provide central line care\n
- Conduct hourly rounding and bedside shift reports for all patients\n
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams including physical therapy, respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and rapid response teams\n
- Float to other inpatient units within scope as needed to support hospital staffing needs\n
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation using EPIC\n
- Comply with all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements\n
