Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM)
Location: Platinum Women’s Health – Murrieta & Temecula, CA

At Platinum Women’s Health, we are redefining personalized care in the heart of Southern California with two state-of-the-art locations in Murrieta and Temecula. We're seeking a Certified Nurse Midwife (CNM) who is passionate about patient-centered care and ready to make a meaningful difference in both outpatient and inpatient settings.

What You’ll Do:
Our CNMs are an essential part of a collaborative and compassionate team. In this role, you will work closely with our OB/GYN physicians to provide comprehensive care throughout the reproductive journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate prenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum care

  • Provide support and guidance during labor and delivery

  • Perform routine gynecological services including annual exams, contraceptive counseling, IUD placements, and pessary care

  • Educate and empower patients on health, wellness, and reproductive options

  • Maintain accurate medical records and collaborate on diagnoses and treatment plans

What We’re Looking For:

Education & Certifications:

  • Active, unrestricted Nurse Midwife license (CA Board of Registered Nursing)

  • Certified by the American Midwifery Certification Board (AMCB)

  • Graduate of an ACN-accredited midwifery education program

  • California DEA registration and NRP Certification

  • Documented 15 deliveries in the past 12 months in a hospital or birth center

Experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience as a CNM

Skills:

  • Strong clinical judgment and decision-making, particularly in urgent settings

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Familiarity with EMR systems (Epic or Athena)

  • Commitment to timely charting and billing practices

  • Ability to work collaboratively with OB/GYN physicians and care teams

Schedule & Expectations:

  • Full-time position: 4 full clinic days per week

  • Shared call rotation required monthly

  • Shifts range from 8 to 9.5 hours
