We are seeking a corporate-polished, tech-savvy Lead Print and Copy Office Services Associate to join our dynamic corporate client office, a global investment banking firm located in downtown Houston. This role is ideal for a self-motivated leader who thrives in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. You will manage all aspects of on-site reprographics services while providing direct support to high-level financial professionals.

The Lead Associate is responsible for overseeing a small team of two associates, including overnight and weekend shifts. While this role’s primary schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, it also includes supervisory accountability for ensuring 24/7 print operations coverage, managing seamless shift handoffs, and team coordination.

  • Pay Range: $26.00-$27.30 per hour (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Flexibility Required to Oversee 24/7 Operation)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate all reprographics operations, ensuring alignment with clients' protocols and service standards.
  • Serve as a working lead, actively producing print jobs during the core shift (7:00 AM – 4:00 PM) while overseeing andcoordinating operations across two additional shifts to ensure continuous 24/7 coverage.
  • Manage shift schedules, team communication, and task delegation for overnight/weekend associates.
  • Process high-volume print, copy, scan, and binding requests from start to finish with consistent attention to quality and detail.
  • Respond promptly to service requests, both scheduled and urgent, via email, phone, WebCRD, or in person.
  • Ensure all jobs meet quality standards and client deadlines; renegotiate timelines when necessary.
  • Maintain supplies, perform first-level troubleshooting, and coordinate equipment maintenance with vendors.
  • Oversee secure handling of sensitive documents, including shredding and proper disposal.
  • Deliver completed jobs in coordination with the requestor or designee.
  • Train team members on hardware/software use and maintain daily logs and performance documentation.
  • Update and maintain electronic and bound copy of Operations Playbook

Required Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in high-volume print/copy/reprographics services, preferably in a corporate or legal setting.
  • Proven leadership skills with experience managing a team and coordinating multiple shifts.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with a strong client service orientation.
  • Strong technical skills and comfort in navigating digital print platforms and job management tools (e.g., WebCRD).
  • Professional demeanor, reliable, and approachable, with a high attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • Experience in a high-end corporate or financial services environment is preferred.
