Responsibilities
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy access and retrieval of documents.
- Scan and File paper documents
- DHR and verification review
- Support data management efforts by ensuring accurate entry and tracking of documents within quality management systems.
- Lot closure on NetSuite
Requirements
- Proven experience in document management or a similar administrative role.
- Document scanning
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- NetSuite software
- Customer service
Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire
Pay: $22.00 per hour
