Job DescriptionDescription The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for leading full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, hire, and retain top talent across the organization. This role will primarily focus on recruiting BCBAs, RBTs, Behavior Technicians, and administrative staff to support our clinical and operational growth. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting in healthcare or ABA settings and thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer process, onboarding coordination)
- Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract qualified ABA professionals
- Post and manage job listings across multiple platforms (Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, universities, etc.)
- Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Partner with clinical and operations leadership to understand staffing needs and hiring goals
- Track recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, applicant flow, etc.)
- Maintain applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with documentation requirements
- Support employer branding initiatives and community outreach efforts
- Attend job fairs and recruitment events as needed
- Assist with onboarding coordination to ensure a smooth candidate experience
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Associates or Bachelor's degree and/or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of recruitment experience (healthcare or ABA strongly preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Sheets)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
- Must be able to work onsite daily and possess a willingness to collaborate with other staff members.
