Job Description

We are seeking an energetic, personable Part-Time Bartender to support a fast-paced bar and restaurant atmosphere. The ideal candidate can multitask, maintain a great attitude, and work independently or collaboratively as needed. Experience is not required; training will be provided to the right person. Current shifts include some Friday nights from 8:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. and every Saturday from 2:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m. Other days and hours may be available with call offs and extra help needed during the holiday season coming up! MUST BE DEPENDABLE! This role reports to the owner/operator and bar manager (same person.)

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve drinks accurately and efficiently.
Take and process customer orders.
Provide personable, attentive customer service.
Handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems.
Verify customer identification and provide responsible alcohol service.
Stock the bar and maintain organized supplies.
Clean and maintain the bar area.

Required Qualifications

Point-of-sale system experience.
Cash-handling skills.
Knowledge of responsible alcohol service.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

State-required alcohol server certification.
RAMP certification, completed within two weeks of hiring.
