Job Description
A growing manufacturing company in the Reading, PA area is seeking Industrial Electricians to join its maintenance team.
This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on electricians and maintenance professionals who enjoy troubleshooting, solving complex equipment issues, and working with modern manufacturing equipment in a stable production environment.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair industrial electrical systems and production equipment
• Support PLC-controlled machinery and automation systems
• Diagnose issues involving VFDs, motor controls, MCCs, sensors, and related equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance and equipment repairs
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and help minimize production downtime
• Work closely with operations and maintenance personnel to improve equipment reliability
Qualifications:
• Experience in industrial maintenance, industrial electrical, controls, automation, or related fields
• Working knowledge of PLC-controlled equipment
• Experience with VFDs, motor controls, MCCs, and industrial electrical systems
• Manufacturing, food production, packaging, plastics, chemical, pharmaceutical, or similar industry experience preferred
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
