Job Description

  • Responsibilities Include:
  • Partner with leadership to align HR strategies, organizational structure, and workforce planning with business objectives.
  • Lead employee and labor relations, including investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and terminations.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and 401(k) administration, ensuring compliance and market competitiveness.
  • Manage union relations, collective bargaining agreements, grievance processes, and contract negotiations.
  • Drive talent management initiatives, including recruitment, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Coach and advise leaders on HR best practices and organizational effectiveness.
  • Lead and develop HR staff while supporting a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including employee relations, labor relations, compensation, benefits, talent management, and compliance.
  • Must have knowledge of employment laws, collective bargaining agreements, and union experience.
  • Proven ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and align HR initiatives with business goals.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Ability to travel up to 25%.
