Partner with leadership to align HR strategies, organizational structure, and workforce planning with business objectives.
Lead employee and labor relations, including investigations, performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and terminations.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and 401(k) administration, ensuring compliance and market competitiveness.
Manage union relations, collective bargaining agreements, grievance processes, and contract negotiations.
Drive talent management initiatives, including recruitment, succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and labor laws, HR policies, and regulatory requirements.
Coach and advise leaders on HR best practices and organizational effectiveness.
Lead and develop HR staff while supporting a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workplace.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, including employee relations, labor relations, compensation, benefits, talent management, and compliance.
Must have knowledge of employment laws, collective bargaining agreements, and union experience.
Proven ability to lead change, influence stakeholders, and align HR initiatives with business goals.
Excellent leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and coaching skills.
