Master Precision and Innovation: Join PDS Tech Commercial as a CNC Programmer/Operator!
Drive Innovation Through Precision Machining
At PDS Tech Commercial, the CNC Programmer/Operator plays a critical role in turning engineering designs into high-quality prototype and production parts. You’ll program and operate advanced CNC machinery, working closely with the Research & Development team to push the boundaries of product development. Your expertise ensures that every part meets exact specifications and fuels our innovation.
Pay Range: 20–40/hour
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM
What You’ll Do Every Day

Interpret blueprints, work orders, and engineering models to program CNC machines accurately

Collaborate with the R&D Shop Supervisor and Project Manager to develop machining programs tailored to project needs

Operate CNC machines safely and efficiently, producing quality parts for prototypes and production

Perform routine maintenance and equipment checks to ensure optimal machine performance

Maintain a clean, safe work environment and adhere to all safety protocols

Communicate clearly with supervisors about daily production targets and any issues

Attend trainings and meetings to keep skills and certifications up to date

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and empowerment within the team
What We’re Looking For
Required Qualifications:
-
3-5 years of CNC programming and operation experience
-
Expert proficiency reading mechanical drawings and using drawing software such as SolidWorks and Mastercam
-
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
-
Excellent communication skills

Commitment to workplace safety and company values

Flexibility to travel between locations as needed
Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with diverse materials like wood, metal, plastic, adhesives, and wiring

Pay Details: 20.00 to 40.00 per hour
