Join our amazing team! We seek a highly motivated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. This full-time role is designed for someone who wants to work weekdays in a clinic setting, off-site location or in early intervention.

Job Summary:

  • Provide direct therapy services to patients, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations for children ages birth to 18 with a variety of diagnoses, including autism, sensory processing, down syndrome, developmental delay, and others.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results.
  • Document patient progress and maintain
    accurate and timely records in compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, physical therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Participate in family and caregiver education to support patient progress and generalization of skills.
  • Engage in regular supervisory meetings and feedback sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional development.
  • Contribute to team meetings, case conferences, and continuing education opportunities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in occupational therapy.

Required Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

  • A degree in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current state licensure.
  • Strong clinical skills in evaluation and treatment.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.
  • Compassionate and patient-centered approach to therapy.

Preferred qualities:

  • 1+ years' experience working in pediatrics.
  • Medicaid credentialed.
  • Experience working with sensory integration difficulties.
  • Experience working with individuals with ASD.
  • Bilingual skills are a plus.
  • CPR/First Aid certification (training provided if necessary).

Compensation & Benefits:

  • The hourly range for this position is $40 to $55, depending on experience level andtime spent providing direct patient care.
  • PTO accrued based on the hours worked during each pay period.
