Hiring for all Shifts; Full Time, Part Time, and Casual positions

Scheurer – Harbor Beach is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants who want to help others feel safe, respected, and valued through meaningful connections with those they care for. As a CNA in our organization, you’ll be a part of a collaborative, supportive team caring for residents in our long-term care unit.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in preparation of the unit, resident rooms, and beds for receiving resident admissions, returning surgical patients, transfer, emergencies or discharges. You’ll receive daily report on assigned residents.
- Assisting in and accompanying residents in admission, transfer and discharge procedures.
- Assisting in providing post-mortem care.
- Performing routine treatment procedures, including enemas, the application of heat and cold, and sitz baths, etc.
- Providing activities of daily living.
Qualifications:
- Highschool diploma or GED Equivalent.
- State of Michigan Certification for Nursing Assistants.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) card.
