Required Experience & Qualifications
· 2–4 years of experience in an project management, administrative, HR coordination, or employee support role; call center or healthcare experience preferred
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities with accuracy and follow-through
· Experience supporting onboarding processes or employee engagement programs
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, or similar tools; experience with HRIS, ticketing, or onboarding platforms is a plus
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on service and support
· High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred
Position Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and people-oriented Resource Coordinator to support the ramping, onboarding, engagement, and day-to-day administrative needs of our healthcare call center team. This role plays a key part in ensuring a smooth and supportive experience for new hires and existing staff, helping drive engagement, operational readiness, and overall team success. The ideal candidate brings strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for supporting people and processes in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate end-to-end onboarding logistics for new hires, including schedules, access, equipment tracking, welcome communications, and orientation support
· Act as a liaison between HR, IT, training, and operations to ensure all readiness activities are completed for each cohort
· Support engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, events, surveys, and communications
· Maintain accurate documentation and trackers related to onboarding, training attendance, and employee status
· Provide administrative support such as calendar coordination, timesheet tracking, badge or credential processing, and document management
· Help troubleshoot access or equipment issues and escalate as needed to IT or relevant teams
· Partner with trainers, supervisors, and leadership to ensure new hires have what they need during nesting and ramp-up
· Support recordkeeping for performance milestones, training completions, and program compliance
· Assist with coordination of team meetings, learning sessions, and scheduling logistics
· Serve as a dependable, approachable point of contact for staff administrative needs and questions
