**Job Title: Member Service Representative**

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Service Representative to join our team. As a Member Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued members, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. Your role will involve addressing member inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about products and services. **Key Responsibilities:**

- Serve as the main liaison for members, providing prompt and courteous service through various communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Respond to member inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide detailed information about membership benefits, products, and services.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and offerings to accurately assist members and provide proactive solutions.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery and resolve complex member issues efficiently.
- Process member transactions, including account updates, payments, and adjustments, while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Track and document member interactions and transactions in the company's customer relationship management system.
- Gather feedback from members to identify areas for improvement and work towards enhancing the overall member experience.
- Assist in the promotion of company initiatives and programs to increase member engagement and satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

**Qualifications:**

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in a customer service or member support role is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to listen and empathize with members.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the capability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- High degree of professionalism and integrity in handling confidential information.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including some weekends or evenings, as required by the needs of the business.
