Location: Overland Park, KS
Employment Type: Full-Time | Direct Hire | $85,000-105,000

Overview:
LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company in Overland Park, KS who is seeking a highly organized and dependable Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior leadership. This position requires a professional with exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of communication and office management.

Key Responsibilities:

· Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings with precision.

· Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations in a polished, professional manner.

· Handle incoming calls and emails with courtesy and confidentiality.

· Maintain filing systems and ensure records are accurate and easily accessible.

· Arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.

· Serve as a trusted liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

· At least 7+ years of proven C-Suite support experience displaying job stability & tenure.

· Strong command of written and verbal communication; formal business etiquette is essential.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and general office technology.

· Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

· High level of integrity and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Pay Details: $85,000.00 to $105,000.00 per year
