Job Summary:
We are seeking a Data Entry Specialist to support the Technical Services Department by entering jobs, and their associated parts, into our MRP system (Intuitive). The ideal candidate will be well organized, methodical, focused, and detail oriented. They will have a well-rounded set of computer skills and be able to navigate complex part-code logic. An understanding of basic manufacturing processes is a plus but not required. Experience with Intuitive MRP software is also a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Tech Service Department to ensure feasibility and accuracy of the codes.
- Data Input (entering information quickly and accurately).
- Qualifications & Requirements:
- Strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Typing Skills
- Computer Proficiency
- Experience in Programming and Coding (knowledge is a plus)
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the program Intuitive MRP software.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Benefits: Work schedule: Monday Friday 8am to 4:30 pm.
Pay Scale: $18 -$20 / based on experience
