Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized dish and sanitation area.
- Operate the dish machine efficiently while maintaining proper water temperatures and chemical levels.
- Wash, rinse, and sanitize dishes following food safety standards.
- Stack and rinse dishware for optimal cleaning results.
- Drain, clean, and refill dish tanks throughout the shift to maintain standards.
- Restock clean wares to proper locations to support kitchen flow.
- Remove trash, break down boxes, and maintain clean disposal areas.
- Maintain dumpster area cleanliness and sanitation.
- Complete prep tasks and support kitchen team members as needed.
- Follow all opening, closing, and cleaning checklists.
- Keep your station clean, organized, and ready for service at all times.
- Work as part of a fast-paced, team-driven kitchen environment.

Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of kitchen safety and sanitation standards.
- Strong attention to cleanliness, organization, and detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Team-first mindset and willingness to support wherever needed.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive motions.
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, and lift up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Reliable transportation.
- Commitment to safety procedures and consistent execution.
