- Monday: 9:00 AM – 9:00 PM
- Tuesday – Thursday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Friday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- No weekends or overnights

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Social Work, Psychology, Public Health, or related field)
- Fluency in Spanish and English required
- Located within 10 miles of Amsterdam, NY, with reliable transportation
- Experience working with diverse and lower-income populations
- Strong knowledge of community and social service resources
- Experience handling crisis situations and connecting individuals to support
- Excellent listening, communication, and documentation skills
- Tech-savvy and adaptable to various platforms and systems
- Experience supporting retail employees is a plus
What You'll Do:
- Provide onsite support at the customer's location in Amsterdam, NY (Mon–Fri schedule; varying hours)
- Connect employees to essential resources, including housing, food, financial, and legal support
- Collaborate with internal care teams to coordinate emergency funding and referrals
- Guide employees in navigating mental health services and workplace benefit programs
- Promote mental health benefits through events, tabling, and employee engagement activities
- Document and track outcomes, including referrals, demographics, and connection rates
- Build strong relationships with employees and key customer stakeholders to foster trust and support
