We are looking for a detail-oriented Human Resources Clerk to join our team in Bakersfield, California. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to essential HR functions and support employee-related processes. The ideal candidate will bring Bilingual Spanish/English skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for maintaining accurate records and efficient workflows.


Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate data entry tasks, including verifying and organizing information for printing and documentation.

• Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive employee information.

• Provide general office and data entry support to various teams as needed.

• Gather and review personnel records from departments or employees to ensure completeness.

• Respond to inquiries professionally by accessing relevant files and providing requested information.

• Process, verify, and maintain personnel documentation, including onboarding and training records.

• Assist with clerical duties such as filing, faxing, and copying documents.

• Compile and prepare reports related to personnel activities and employee relations.

• Arrange and coordinate in-house and external training sessions for employees.

• Serve as backup support for Human Resources Support I during periods of short staffing.

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Intermediate proficiency in Excel and familiarity with Office applications, including Word and Outlook.
• Previous experience in human resources, preferably within the agricultural industry.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities.
• Ability to travel occasionally to support onboarding events.
• Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure in a deadline-driven environment.
• Exceptional attention to detail for comparing, verifying, and organizing data.
• Knowledge of HR processes, including onboarding, employee relations, and personnel documentation.
