Conglom Florida LLC is recruiting for the position of Administrative and Order Entry Clerk. The successful candidate will be responsible for completing entries on Questa Web for Customs Border Patrol, processing invoices for local and international clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analysis, preparation and processing of service related invoicing;
- Enter FTZ transactions into Questa Web as per training provided and supplied SOP's;
- Maintain bookkeeping records and file all related financial and administrative documents;
- Record and reconcile inventory in Quick Books;
- Invoice client orders in Quick Books including e-commerce;
- Field calls & emails from customers and head office.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar bookkeeping/accounting clerk position;
- Excel intermediate (V Lookup, Pivot Tables) is a plus;
- Experience with Quick Books is required;
- Capacity to manage a high volume of accounting documents with accuracy;
- Solid math and numerical accuracy skills;
- Meticulous, organized and conscious of the quality of the work performed;
- Quick learner; able to work autonomous or as part of a team;
- Experience in a distribution environment is a definite asset;
- Must be legally approved to work in the USA and is subject to a background check by CBP;
- Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
