Master's degree in Occupational Therapy, active Occupational Therapist license and 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Provide specialized occupational therapy services in a school setting to support students developmental and educational goals during a full-time maternity leave coverage from April 13 to May 26, 2026. This contract position is based in Rochester, NY, with a 35-hour workweek scheduled Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized occupational therapy evaluations and interventions to students with diverse needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement effective therapy plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and comply with school policies and regulations.
• Participate in meetings such as IEP (Individualized Education Program) conferences as required.
• Manage and adjust caseload efficiently within the school environment.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with experience in school-based settings.
• Knowledge of educational and therapy techniques tailored for school-aged children.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Available to commit to the full contract period from 4/13/2026 through 5/26/2026.
