Sales Representative (Base + Commission)
Compensation: $1,000/month base salary + 3% commission on net profit
Job Type: Full-time / Remote or On-site (adjust as needed)
Experience Level: Entry to Mid-level
About the Role
We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to help grow our customer base and drive revenue. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in communication, enjoys building relationships, and is hungry to earn through performance.
You will be responsible for finding new clients, following up with leads, closing deals, and maintaining strong customer relationships.
What You’ll Do
- Identify and reach out to potential customers
- Present and explain our products/services to prospects
- Follow up on leads and inquiries
- Close sales and achieve monthly targets
- Maintain customer relationships for repeat business
- Keep records of sales activity and client interactions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Basic understanding of sales processes
- Ability to work independently
- Prior sales experience is a plus (not required)
- Comfortable using phone, email, and messaging for sales outreach
