Job Summary
Westchester-Putnam TheraTeam (WPTT) is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic interventions within the early intervention, CPSE programs (in various settings, such as homes, daycares, schools and our facility).
WPTT is a therapist owned agency that has been in practice since 2017. We employ over 120 therapists across disciplines ( Occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathologists, special educators and psychologists). We have an office in Jefferson Valley, N.Y. with a large sensory gym and treatment rooms! Come join our team!

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implement therapeutic interventions aimed at achieving progress toward goals on an IFSP or IEP.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care for students.
- Provide education and support to students, parents and their families regarding treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
- Stay updated on best practices in occupational health and therapy techniques.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
Qualifications
- Masters Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
- Valid NYS licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience with 0-5 population is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with students, families, and team members.
- Commitment to providing high-quality care and improving patient outcomes.
