Robert Half is seeking a talented Financial Planner to support our client in the Philadelphia area. In this role, you’ll partner with financial advisors to develop customized strategies that address client goals, while offering expert guidance on planning tools and solutions. Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine financial plans aligned with client goals.
- Partner with advisors to design customized financial strategies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve financial planning software issues to ensure smooth advisor workflow.
- Lead virtual meetings with advisors and clients to review planning options and recommendations.
- Serve as an internal consultant, providing expert guidance on financial planning topics.
- Stay current on industry trends and research, delivering timely insights and solutions to the team.
The ideal Financial Planner candidate should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education. CFP designation required.
Other requirements for the Financial Planner position include and are not limited to:
- 5+ years of financial planning experience preferred
- FINRA Series 7 and 66 (or ability to obtain within 6 months)
- Strong customer service background
- Excellent interpersonal skills; effective working independently or in a team
- Strong critical thinking and problem‑solving skills
