Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized academic, behavioral, and social support to students within classroom settings
• Assist with small groups and one-on-one interventions under teacher direction

• Implement behavior support plans and follow IEP guidelines as required
• Aid with mobility, supervision, and personal care tasks
• Foster a safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environment for all students

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum age of 18 years
• Current TB test per school district regulations
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and assist with lifting when necessary
• Must have or be willing to obtain required background clearances prior to starting

Preferred Experience:

• Prior work in school, special education, behavioral health, or child care
• Experience supporting students with special needs, autism, or behavioral challenges
• Training or certification in CPI, PMT, or RBT is a plus but not mandatory
• Dependable, patient, and collaborative team player
