We are looking for a reliable and professional Warehouse Supervisor to oversee all daily operations. The DTG Supervisor ensures policies and procedures are followed while driving accountability to support safety, quality, and productivity standards through effective and approachable coaching and communication.
Warehouse Supervisor Hours and Shift:
Full-time $22 - $23 / hour
1st Shift - WED-SAT- 4/10hr shift. 6a-4:30pm
2nd Shift - MON-FRI - 5/8hr 2PM-10:30PM
Warehouse Supervisor Key Responsibilities and Duties
Team Leadership: Supervises, trains, and schedules warehouse staff; conducts performance reviews and ensures compliance with company policies.
Operations Management: Oversees daily workflows, including packing, scanning, shipping, and receiving, to ensure, as per this Randstad USA article and this ZipRecruiter article, on-time delivery.
Inventory Control: Tracks inventory levels, manages storage layout, and performs cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory records.
Safety Compliance: Ensures strict adherence to Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards, maintains a clean facility, and ensures proper equipment use.
Equipment Maintenance: Coordinates maintenance for forklifts, conveyors, and other machinery.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintains records for shipping, receiving, and inventory; prepares reports for management.
Warehouse Supervisor Qualifications and Skills
Experience: Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or similar role, typically 3+ years in inventory control and logistics.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
Leadership: Strong communication, team management, and conflict resolution skills.
Physical Requirements: Ability to operate forklifts and lift up to 75 lbs.
Education: High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or higher preferred
