Job DescriptionJob Title: Administrative Assistant (Contract) Location: Downtown Seattle, WA Type: Contract We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support a fast-paced corporate office in Downtown Seattle. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a corporate environment. Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of administrative experience
  • Prior experience in a corporate office setting (required)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Familiarity with Salesforce preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Open to contract-based roles

What You'll Do:

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to teams and leadership
  • Manage calendars, meetings, and correspondence
  • Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate records and databases

Interested candidates should be reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on-site in a professional corporate setting.

Pay Details: $24.00 to $27.00 per hour
