<p>Wild Bill's Tobacco is looking for a Bartender to mix and serve drinks to our loyal customers. Responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Verify the customers’ ages</li>
<li>Mix traditional and creative cocktails</li>
<li>Process payment</li>
<li>Clean glasses and bar utensils</li>
<li>Ensure cleanliness of bar to meet OSHA standards</li>
<li>Make suggestions based on customer tastes and preferences</li>
<li>Record and balance cash receipts and prepare cash deposits</li>
<li>Open and maintain tabs throughout their shift</li>
<li>Build a rapport with regular customers to create a positive atmosphere</li>
<li>Maintain inventory of drinks/alcohol</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Knowledge of applicable laws</li>
<li>Must have experience with cash handling</li>
<li>Customer service skills</li>
<li>Able to enforce company policies regarding consumption of alcohol</li>
<li>Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time</li>
<li>Understanding of complimentary flavor pairings</li>
